As far as I am concerned, I feel like multitasking is not always something negative, but a way to save time. Obviously, I am referring to the case of simple and unstressful tasks. Otherwise, I think I am able to focus and put all my effort on doing hard or delicate tasks. Because of that, I am afraid I am not very keen on meditation and things like that.
People who do that seem to feel better and to recognize that their lives are different. If mindfulness really works , we should be encouraged to do that.
Well, as many thinks in our life, mindfulness tries to make our daily routines easier or less stressful, but I really feel you need to be a "beliver". If you don't feel confortable (like the journalist in the video) mindfulness is nonsense for you... I'm not a believer
