trendy words

I had heard about this word because Spanish people freak out with English languaje.
We like a lot adopting English words mixed with our rich and beautiful languaje.
And when my doughter extends her arms to the utmost, with her smarphone on her hand, say:
"I've just made a SELFIE"
(We could say "autofoto", for instance.)
I like this word and unlike Inma I believe using foreign words enriches the language, it doesn't spoil it at all.
I also like "twerk" and "bitcoin", two other new words that the Oxford Dictionary has introduced in 2013.
I haven´t ever listened to the word "selfie" so far althout I think it is very interesting ;it makes us improve our English.
