It´s really interesting!The easiest accents to understand are either Southern English Formal Received Pronunciation or Posh upper class.However, the worst accent for me is Northen English Liverpool, I couldn´t understand nothing at all!
From my point of view, U.S. American General Accent is easy to understand too.
