Hi! interesting !! although, in this stage of my English knowledge is pretty difficult to differentiate between the accents wherever are from. However it doesn't happen the same between English and American accent.
If you pay close attention there are things that can be spotted right on: the Scottish "r", the way the sounds like an [aw] in London cockney, the glotal stop. It's hard, but you just need to pay close attention.
