Red letter days

Dear students,

It is an important date in the Anglosaxon world today.

I would like you to do some research.

What day is it today?
Where is it celebrated?
What does it consist of?
And any other things you want to add about it.

It´s Thanksgiving Day.It´s celebrated in The United States on the fourth Thursday in November.
They get together for a special meal.It often includes a turkey , stuffing, potatoes ,cranberry sauce , pumpkin pie and vegetables .
They give thanks for what they have.
